Roller gear set hydraulic motors with pressure compensated valve plate and built-in roller bearings. The ARS series with tapered roller bearings can withstand high radial and axial forces.

ARS Hydraulic Motor  – Standard version with side ports (40×8 mm)

ARSW Hydraulic Motor – version with the recessed mounting flange for wheel hub / winch drum assembly (radial load in the middle between the two tapered roller bearings)

ARF Hydraulic Motor – Version with negative safety brake (. Opening pressure 22 ÷ 27 bar, max pressure 200 bar, static brake torque 350 Nm)

 

• Low-speed hydraulic motor with rollers in the gear ring (Geroller rotor set) and disc distribution valve for open and closed circuit, suitable for continuous duty under difficult operating conditions thanks to reduced friction by hydrodynamic lubrication of the rollers in the gear ring durability and better efficiency, even at high continuous pressure

• Driven from the output shaft by Oldham coupling poppet with optimized geometry ensures minimization of the hydraulic and mechanical losses

• Output shaft runs in tapered roller bearings, resulting in high radial and axial loads are possible

• Double shaft seal for protection of the main seal from dust and other contaminants

• Integrated non-return valves (standard) for reduction of case pressure with closed drain port

• External drain port to relieve the pressure of the housing

• Very compact size and high power density

• Excellent starting performance and smooth running at low rpm

AF – Shuttle valve to control the brake
VAF 08-D – shock valve
VAAF 31 – shock valve with anti-cavitation
VAF 08-D/AF – shock valve with shuttle valve to control the brake
VCD 08-S/AF – load holding valve single acting with shuttle valve to control the brake
VCR1 08-D/AF – load holding valve with double acting shuttle valve to control the brake
VCR1 08-D/AF-LDP – load holding valve with double acting shuttle valve to control the brake – with shock valve LDP
