Orbital motors with high performance squared stator roller set, separately driven and hydrostatically balanced valve plate and tapered roller bearings. The design solutions used in this model allow to reach pressures up to 280 bar [4060 psi] and power up to 40 kW [53.6 hp]. These motors are suitable for applications where high torque, continuous duty or frequent inversions of the sense of rotation are required.
• Low speed high torque motor with rollers in the gear ring (Geroller rotor set) and a separate pressure compensated valve plate distributor
• For open and closed circuit, suitable for continuous operation under adverse conditions such as high pressure, “thin” oil and frequent start / stop and / or reverse thanks to reduced friction by hydrodynamic lubrication of the rollers in the gear ring durability and better efficiency, even at high continuous pressure
• The separately driven distributor plate with hydraulic valve clearance compensation and optimized geometry ensures minimization of hydraulic and mechanical losses
• The high-capacity tapered roller bearing allows high static and dynamic radial loads by output shaft to 50 KN
• Integrated non-return valves (standard) for reduction of the maximum case pressure with closes drain port
• External drain port to relieve the pressure of the housing
• Very compact size and high power density
• Excellent starting performance and smooth running at low rpm
